Splash Beverage Group, Inc. (AMEX: SBEV) confirmed that it has inked a distribution agreement with Buck Distributing in Maryland to deliver all Splash Beverage Group products through 5 Central Maryland Counties. This agreement continues the company’s streak of inking significant distribution agreements with major regional players.
Buck Distribution, based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, distributes malt beverages and related items. Buck has limited distribution rights to five Eastern Shore counties and delivers products in Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Prince George’s, and St. Mary’s counties. Buck Distribution, with a fleet of 23 trucks and 110 salespeople, produces 3 million cases per year through more than 200 brands.
Splash Beverage Group holds a growing portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products, including Copa di Vino wine by the glass, SALT flavored tequilas, Pulpoloco sangria, and TapouT performance hydration and recovery drink. Splash aims to speed up the development of early-stage companies already in its portfolio, as well as to purchase and advance brands with high visibility or who are category innovators.
