KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) disclosed Friday that it has decided to sell The Bountiful Company to Nestle for $5.75 billion. The Bountiful Company is striving to fulfill the health and wellness needs of the customers. The firm has disclosed that the deal is anticipated to execute in the second half of 2021. The deal will be executed after the fulfillment of certain necessary conditions as well as after acquiring the necessary authorization.

Furthermore, Carlyle Partners V and Carlyle Europe Partners III funds maintained a minority stake in the firm and are involved in the sale along with KKR. The Head of Carlyle stated that it is delighted to see the business proceed with Nestlé.
