Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI) has disclosed that it has got a notice of delisting from Nasdaq. The notice declared that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has decided to delist the securities of the company from the Nasdaq Stock Market. The decision has been taken because the company has not fulfilled the Listing requirements of the Nasdaq stock exchange.
Youngevity International, Inc. was failed to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, and Forms 10-Q for the periods completed on March 31, 2020, and June 30, 2020. Furthermore, the non-compliance notice also stated that the Nasdaq will suspend trading in the securities of the company starting from the trading session of Friday.
