Olo Inc. (NYSE: OLO) has confirmed a strategic partnership with SOCi. As per the partnership, SOCi will combine with the Olo API, enabling Olo data to pass through to the SOCi platform and its industry-leading localized listings management solutions. SOCi partnership with Olo is a significant milestone in combining an increasingly complex digital landscape in hospitality.

This collaborative alliance will benefit restaurant brands by allowing them to update vital location data across hundreds of directories from a single location. Through Olo's pre-existing Dashboard, SOCi and Olo customers will be able to alter their name, address, phone number (NAP), hours of operation, and other location information, including brand-determined menu links.

Furthermore, this information will be fed immediately into the SOCi platform and sent to hundreds of prominent search directories and networks, such as Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Yelp, and others, as well as the restaurant's local pages and locator.

The restaurant technology stack has become increasingly sophisticated and fragmented as the guest journey and engagement model has evolved, according to SOCi. Multi-location restaurants, which now have to handle many systems spanning hundreds or thousands of sites, suffer the most inefficiencies. By combining the most vital platforms and enabling significant information, data, and customer experiences to be handled from a single source, SOCi is assisting brands in reorganizing and simplifying their workflows.
