Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) disclosed that it has resolved all the issues related to Microsoft 365 services and features. Many of the Microsoft users have complained about the service issues of Azure and workplace messaging app Teams.
MSFT revealed Thursday that it has commenced the inquiry against the issue of its services outage. Downdetector which is an outage tracking app demonstrated that over 8,000 instances of people reporting problems with Team. Microsoft Teams is an app that is very helpful for people who are working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Shares of Microsoft Inc went up 2.79% as it gained +6.58 during the trading session of Thursday. In the past 52-weeks of the trading session, the share of the firm went up 61.18% from its 52-week low and went down -1.54% from its 52-week high. Microsoft Inc has a total market capitalization of $1795.85 billion at the time of writing.
DNS Issue
Microsoft Inc has issued a statement and stated that on its status page that the Domain Name System (DNS) problem has been settled and that all Microsoft 365 services had reverted to a healthy state. DNS is essentially an address book of the internet that allows computers to match website tackles with the correct server.
