The Unilever Group (NYSE: UL) has disclosed today that it has entered into an agreement to buy SmartyPants Vitamins. SmartyPants Vitamins is the greatest addition to the portfolio of the Unilever family. It is also committed to work for the health of the customers by empowering them. SmartyPants which is a US-based supplement company has a product series free from sweeteners, artificial flavors, chemicals, and artificial colors.
The companies have not unveiled the terms of the contract but the contract execution depends on the consent of authorities and other common conditions. SmartyPants has worked with many non-profit organizations with the mission to provide good health to everyone.
