Ideanomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDEX) disclosed that it has finalized the earlier disclosed final agreement to buy 100% of privately held US hybrid. The finalized purchase is another critical landmark in the mission of Ideanomics to cut commercial fleet greenhouse gas emissions.
