Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (NYSE: PEG) revealed that it has decided to divest Fossil Generating Portfolio to ArcLight Capital. The firm has inked an agreement with ArcLight Capital after which the Fossil Generating Portfolio will be acquired by ArcLight.
