iHeartMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: IHRT) has entered into a partnership with Podimo, a European Podcast platform. Both the companies inked an agreement to adapt and translate famous podcasts in different languages around the world. Both the platforms aimed to introduce these podcasts to millions of listeners around the globe.
Through this partnership, IHRT and Podimo will launch famous true crime podcasts “Forgotten: Women of Juárez” in Mexico in three languages: Danish, Spanish, and German. In this podcast, IHRT studies theories about the disappearance of hundreds of young women near the Mexican border city of Juárez. It has been revealed that the podcast is scheduled to release in early 2021 in 20 countries.
