RosExpert was founded 25 years ago in Russia. It has earned a reputation among the top firms in the country providing integrated executive search and leadership advisory services. On the other hand, WE Partners has gained recognition as a prominent talent and leadership consulting firm in Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Acquisition Rationale
Furthermore, Heidrick & Struggles will be the leading executive search and leadership consulting company in each of these countries with these acquisitions. Moreover, it will be able to provide a wider range of offerings and capabilities to both local and multinational clients based in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
The companies have not yet revealed the financial terms of the acquisitions. It is anticipated that the transaction will end in Q1 2022, depending on the relevant regulatory authorizations and the usual closing conditions.
