FS KKR Capital Corp. II (NYSE: FSKR) has disclosed the net investment income of $97 million, or $0.57 per share, for the first quarter completed March 31, 2021. The net asset value (NAV) of the firm was $25.33 per share as of March 31, 2021, in comparison with the $25.10 per share as of December 31, 2020.

The board of directors of FSKR has reported a cash distribution for the Q2 of $0.55 per share, which will be reimbursed on or about July 2, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 11, 2021. The total fair value of funds was $7.6 billion of which 76% was financed in senior secured securities.

The weighted average annual yield on accruing debt investments stood at 8.4%, in comparison to the 8.5% as of December 31, 2020. The weighted average annual yield on all debt investments stood at 7.9%, in comparison to the 8.0% as of December 31, 2020.

Shares of FS KKR Capital Corp. II went up 0.10% as it gained +0.02 during the trading session of Monday. The share of the firm went up $11.64 and $20.95 during the 52-week of low and high range, respectively. The firm’s share surged 78.61% and plunged -0.76% during the 52-weeks of low and high, respectively. The firm has total market capitalization of $3.53 billion at the time of writing.
