Diana Shipping (NYSE: DSX) has revealed that it has signed a time charter contract with CLdN Cobelfret SA through its fully-owned unit. US$12,100 is the total charter rate per day, minus a 5% fee given to third parties, for a period until minimum October 15, 2021, up to a maximum of December 25, 2021. It has been disclosed that the charter has launched on November 22, 2020.
The firm has approved the deal for one of its Post-Panamax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Polymnia. The “Polymnia” was established in 2012 and is a 98,704 dwt Post-Panamax dry bulk vessel. This employment is predicted to generate nearly US$3.91 million of total revenue for the lowest planned period of the time charter.
