PAE Incorporated (NASDAQ: PAE) has finalized the purchase of CENTRA Technology, Inc to add value to its existing portfolio. This decision will increase the opportunities for PAE Incorporated. This acquisition integrates the capabilities and customer relationships, as well as an attractive IDIQ contract portfolio, to help speed up the long-term growth strategy of PAE.
Additionally, after consolidating the businesses the new services will be added to the existing portfolio of PAE. It will be able to offer research and development, intelligence analysis, and communications system integration services.
