The BSV blockchain’s Switzerland-based industry association disclosed that it has inked a memorandum of understanding with the Pakistan Freelancers’ Association (PAFLA) and the Presidential Initiative for Artificial Intelligence & Computing to promote and increase the acceptance of blockchain technology in Pakistan.
The BSV Blockchain Association will collaborate with PAFLA and PIAIC to support BSV blockchain education and professional development for developers, executives, and other participants as part of this partnership. The Association will also provide applicable certificates and exams to participants who have finished courses.
Furthermore, the cooperating organizations will also enable chances for Pakistani developers to showcase any goods or software solutions created on or usable with the BSV blockchain to the BSV global ecosystem. This partnership is the result of a meeting between BSV blockchain representative and Pakistan President Alvi at the Presidential Palace on 17 January 2022.
The BSV representative and Pakistan President shared views on the importance of developing a national blockchain strategy. This partnership was also formed because of the first Pakistan Blockchain Summit organized by the BSV Blockchain Association and Pakistan’s Ministry of Science and Technology on 18 January. The purpose is to expedite Pakistan’s digital transformation by advancing blockchain usage.
The Pakistan Freelancers’ Association (PAFLA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower independent workers in Pakistan’s Islamic Republic. The President of Pakistan, His Excellency Dr. Arif Alvi, debuted the Presidential Initiative for Artificial Intelligence and Computing (PIAIC) to promote education, research, and business opportunities in Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and cloud-native computing.
