Infosys Limited (NYSE: INFY) has partnered with Telenor Norway which is Telenor’s wholly-owned Norwegian telecommunications operator, to successfully revolutionize its finance and supply chain operations. Infosys has been selected to help Telenor Norway on this ERP transformation agenda for its advanced and standardized solutions, reusable assets, skilled talent pool, and ability to speed up solution implementation.
Telenor Norway must continually improve its operational performance to operate as a trusted digital partner for its consumer and enterprise customers. IT, as a business enabler, is crucial to achieving this goal. Furthermore, one of the initiatives in making Telenor more agile and efficient is the ERP transformation program.
Furthermore, Infosys delivered a future-proof, standardized Oracle Cloud ERP solution in partnership with Telenor Norway’s Business & IT teams to help Telenor Norway move from a traditional ERP system and improve business agility and operational efficiency. The solution, which includes modules like R2R, A2R, P2P, and 02C
R2R is Record to Report, A2R is an acronym of Acquire to Retire, P2P stands for Procure to Pay, and O2C is the acronym of Order to Cash. These modules were built across 10 Telenor organizations in a record span of 9 months. Additionally, Telenor Norway further stated that teamwork, following standard protocols, and working with a strong team culture throughout the project was key to its success. To help deliver this transition, Infosys offered domain expertise, the necessary skills, and qualified resources.
