To guarantee that this donation is used effectively, CNH Industrial will enlist the help of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that provide on-the-ground support to those in need. CNH Industrial will also create a global fund to which employees can give, with the company matching their donations dollar for dollar.
CNH Industrial’s Chief Executive Officer, Scott W. Wine, strongly opposes all acts of unwarranted violence and hostility that have resulted in the current tragic situation in Ukraine. The company’s prayers and thoughts are with everyone who has been wounded, and the security of its employees and their families in the country is a top priority.
Furthermore, CNH Industrial is pleased by its employees’ commitment to helping Ukraine’s population, which is in desperate need of humanitarian assistance. CNH’s CEO remarked that he, along with the company’s 37,500 employees, hopes for a constructive and swift resolution to the problem. CNH Industrial employs thirty-eight people in Ukraine, and a resolute team is committed to providing them with continuing assistance.
Previously, CNH disclosed that it has organized its production chain to raise funds, make deliveries, and aid in the recovery phase of the villages of Minas Gerais and Bahia (Brazil) that were devastated by torrential rains in late 2021 and early 2022. The company has always taken steps to help deserving communities in time of need.
