Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) Announces Management Agreements with Stratford City Hotels

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) disclosed that Hyatt affiliate has inked management agreements with Stratford City Hotels Limited. Stratford City Hotels is a wholly-owned unit of M&L Hospitality. Hyatt Hotels and Stratford Hotels reportedly inked agreements for Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford.

This is the company’s most significant achievement, as these two hotels will be added. It will be a significant step forward in increasing Hyatt’s brand presence in the UK and developing a portfolio of hotels across the country’s important commercial and leisure markets. Based on the successful debuts of Hyatt Regency Manchester and Hyatt House Manchester in 2019, Hyatt said that it teamed up with M&L Hospitality to identify the ideal brands for the area, and they are glad to be expanding their collaboration.

Furthermore, Hyatt confirmed that after substantial renovations, the 225-room Hyatt Regency London Stratford and the 127-room Hyatt House London Stratford are set to reopen in Q2 2022. Both hotels will be ideally positioned within Westfield Stratford City, one of Europe’s largest urban shopping and entertainment complexes, and a short walk from Stratford Station.

The Hyatt Regency London Stratford is being created with productivity in mind. It will provide a stress-free and smooth environment for business and leisure visitors together to stay in contact. A big restaurant, bar, and open-air terrace are available to guests, as well as 6,673 square feet (628 square meters) of conference space.

Furthermore, guests staying at Hyatt House London Stratford will enjoy modern, apartment-style suites with fully outfitted kitchens and flexible workplaces, which are meant to make them feel at home, particularly during extended trips.

Additionally, the hotels are adjacent to Stratford Station, one of the busiest train stations in the United Kingdom, providing visitors with quick access to Central London in just seven minutes. Stratford International Station connects visitors to St Pancras International Station, where they can board the Eurostar train to Paris, Brussels, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam.
