Accenture Plc (NYSE: ACN) has disclosed today that it has bought a Spanish engineering company, Arca. The company has revealed that the 640 employees of Arca will join Accenture in Spain. This accquisition will help the company strengthening its footprint in Portugal and Spain. The addition of Arca in ACN will increase the capability of ACN to drive comprehensive transformation across 5G deployment and network operations.
Arca is famous for offering multidisciplinary services for network operations. After consolidating the platform of Arca with the SynOps platform of Accenture, ACN will be able to improve its ability to assist organizations pivot operating models to new sources of growth. Accenture has not disclosed the financial consideration of the new deal.
